The marketing scheme makes use of the light reflected by the sights of the Mediterranean Sea into the apartments and which are reflected onto the facades and balconies. Light colored photographs, cut letters, and lots of white will be used. Turning the pages of the booklet presents a world alienated – like an island in the heart of the bustling city. The narrative is one used like a passage from one floor to the next to the penthouse which is the highlight of the project. In the booklet, photographs were used of interior furnishings to introduce styling in order to o give an authentic feeling of the real thing. The project went as far as to furnish and have a style production team furnish an apartment so as not to use graphic images but to represent the real thing.
